Order Processing and Shipping Policy
All orders are made to order and shipped from our warehouse in India. Once an order is submitted, we begin to process it the following business day. Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Tracking information is emailed to you once the order is shipped out.

Delivery Dates
You can find the expected delivery dates for your order at checkout before you make payment and on your invoice once it is emailed. Standard orders generally take:
- Processing time: 3-4 business days
- Transit time: 6-8 business days
Express orders ship within 5-8 business days and will usually arrive by the 7th business day. Actual transit time may vary depending on the shipping company, customs clearance, and unforeseen circumstances. All dates are according to business days and do not include holidays and weekends.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Package
If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your leasing office. If you still can’t locate your package, you are responsible for contacting the shipping company to open a trace.
A trace can take up to 5 business days. If the package is not found after this period, please contact La Kasha for further assistance. Damaged packages due to mishandling during transit or by customs should be documented with photos of the packaging for claims processing.
Refused & Returned Packages
The cost of refusing a package is double the shipping cost, and a 25% restocking fee will be assessed. Please contact support@lakasha.com if there are issues with accepting your package. La Kasha is not responsible for orders returned or destroyed due to shipping company issues.
