We ship to over 100 countries through our delivery partners.
How much does delivery cost? ​
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected. Please do check out the offers where we offer free shipment above certain cart values.
When will my order be delivered?
Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.
Can I track my order?
Tracking is available on some Standard Delivery services and on all Express Delivery serivices. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey.
What if I am not there when my parcel arrive?
If you’re not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our collection, select your desired item, choose the size and quantity, then click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, go to your cart and click “Checkout.” Fill in your shipping and payment details, review your order, and confirm your purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after.

What if I didn't receive a confirmation email?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, make sure you entered the correct email address at checkout. Still can’t find it? Contact our customer support team with your name and order details — we’ll be happy to help you confirm your order.
How do I know if my order was successful?
Once your order is placed successfully, you will see an order confirmation message on the screen and receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team to confirm your order status.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to update the shipping address. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Once the order is dispatched, we won’t be able to make any changes.
What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, it will be marked as “Sold Out” on the product page. You can sign up for restock notifications if the option is available, or check back later as we regularly update our inventory. For limited editions or seasonal items, restocks may not always be guaranteed.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund as quickly as possible.

Do you have a physical store location?
No, we operate entirely online and do not have a physical store location at this time.
Are there any discounts or promotions currently available?
We occasionally offer special discounts or promotions. Please check our website or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on current offers.
Can I return an online order item? ​
Yes. Orders made online which you would like to return, need to be returned to the online returns address provided. Terms and conditions apply.
Can I return a sale item? ​

Yes, and the item price will be refunded back to you. Please note that amount refunded will be the discounted SALE price and not the original price.​

How do I returns a product?

Fill out the returns form on your delivery note marking the items to return, reason for returning and whether you’d like to exchange or a refund.

How do I return or exchange an unwanted item?​

As long as an item is still in its original condition. If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn’t sit right, we might have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, please get in touch with Customer Care and we’ll be happy to discuss it with you.

Can I exchange my item?

We do offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

Till when you accept returns? ​

We accept returns within 14 days after the receipt of your delivery. We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above.

Will my postage be refunded if I return all the items from my order? ​

Delivery charge is only refunded under cancelled orders before the item was shipped out.​

Where do I send my returns? ​

You may send the returns to 145, B.C. Lines, Mall Road. Meerut Cantt-250001, Uttar Pradesh (INDIA) or to the return address mentioned on product slip.

How long does it take for you to refund me if I return some items?​

Once we receive the returned items, please allow up to 14 days for us to process your returns. You should receive an email once it has been processed. If you request a refund for an item during the above time frames but you can’t return it to us for some reason, please get in touch with our support team via mail or call.
